The version of the table used is specified in the attribute 'SV' of the cd element: this is an external table, please follow the versioning system proposed by the owner of the table!

Context of use: intendedcd element of medicinalproduct element (within content element)

To find the correct code in SAM tables, please take note of the different levels in its model. In the example below, there are different codes representing different SAM levels: AMP (SAM129832-00), AMPP (129832-01) and DMPP (0895540).

The code to use with CD-AMP in a KMEHR message in this example is 'SAM129832-00'.
